Another rare Slavin Balen 'Electro-Funk Premijera' radio show digitized from my old tapes. This one is from December 19, 1986 i was only 11 years old but was glued to his show every week. Balen drops his favorite Kurtis Mantronik, T La Rock & Omar Santana's amazing 'Breaking Bells', goes into the label-mate Tricky Tee 'I've Got It Good' produced by young Sam Sever, who later became a producer for 3rd Bass and member of Def Jam's Downtown Science. He finishes off the show with UTFO's 'Split Personality' & Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince 'Girls Ain't Nothing But Trouble'. This is '86 so he also plays a few R&B / freestyle records such as Club Nouveau & Sa-Fire “Don't Break My Heart."
